Questions answered

Know before you step in.

Still unsure? Come see the room, meet a coach, and experience the standard.

Do I need experience?

No. Fundamentals classes start at the beginning, and coaches scale the work to you.

Do I have to spar?

No. Sparring is optional, restricted, and always requires coach approval.

What should I bring?

Athletic clothes, water, and clean indoor training shoes. We will guide you on gloves and wraps.

Can parents watch youth classes?

Yes, from designated viewing areas while coaches keep the training floor focused.
